Dear Parents,

​

The world is becoming a crazier and scarier place by the day. I do not have children, so it is impossible for me to understand completely how you feel. However, I come from a conservative Catholic family of ten kids, so I can perhaps imagine what it must be like trying to raise your family with traditional Christian values in a world so devoid of a moral compass. Often times it must feel as though you are trying to balance between navigating a secular landscape and sheltering your family entirely from the world. Because of this, sometimes it may seem impossible to find avenues for bringing up your children with a proper understanding of society, social literacy, and useful life skills that they can tap into for the rest of their lives.

When I was 13 years old, my father signed me up for a program called "Civil Air Patrol" which is very similar to JROTC or Boy Scouts, and is designed to teach young men and women the principles of military discipline, survival skills, and leadership abilities. This was one of the defining factors for much of my career success today, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without it. In a similar sense, I was privileged to have grown up helping my family host dance events throughout my childhood and teenage years (as outlined in my Bio under the "Hosts" tab). These dance events were the building blocks for teaching me about what it meant to be a gentleman and how to treat women with respect. It also helped me to understand the principles of formal wear, and how to present myself well.

I am exceedingly blessed to have grown up in an environment like that. However, the more people I meet, the more I understand how rare it is, and how many communities are lacking these types of opportunities. My goal is to provide these same opportunities to the Catholic communities here in Tucson. My deepest desire is for parents to get excited with me, and to understand that I want your involvement and participation as much as possible. Your role as a parent in your child's life is so crucial, and it is NOT my intention to replace that role by indoctrination or manipulation (as the public school system would have it), but rather to be a safe and trusted excuse for your family to have holy and happy fun. Especially in this post-covid environment, I know for a fact that young people as a whole are dying to get out, make friends, and have fun. Why not then give your young men an opportunity to be gentlemen, and your young ladies an occasion to feel like princesses for a night?

Parents, it is my desire to work with you to host an event where your children's dignity and innocence is kept safe while simultaneously developing social skills that they will be commended on for years to come. It is my promise to you that your family will have so much fun, you will want to come back every single time.
