MEET YOUR HOSTS

In the winter of 2022, Linnea Davison and Thomas Mason met under incredibly unique and providential circumstances, and from there, a beautiful love story was born. Thomas and Linnea have always attributed every aspect of their relationship to Jesus, and they are convinced that He was the one who led them together. They both desire to share their love of dance and traditional values with the world.

THOMAS MASON

Thomas Mason is originally a local of Lynchburg, Virginia, but recently moved to Arizona. He grew up homeschooled in a conservative Catholic home, and was privileged to live in an area where homeschooling was extremely prevalent, and so he had opportunities that few homeschoolers his age got to experience. As a young teenager, other than organized sports, one of those opportunities was assisting his family in hosting dozens of Christian oriented homeschool dances (balls).

These dance events quickly became extremely popular amongst young people, and evolved into a huge part of the culture in his hometown. The best part about them was that they were extremely wholesome (unlike many high school proms today) because the dances that were taught were that of the "Regency Era" in Great Britain. If you are familiar with Jane Austen's novels, or any of the movie adaptations, those are the types of dances. Along with the balls thrown by his family, other Christian homeschooling organizations began to do the same, hosting dances often on a quarterly basis that occasionally boasted 200-300 participants.

After his move here to Arizona, he decided that he wanted to bring what he had in his hometown of Virginia to the local homeschooling scene here in central Arizona.

LINNEA DAVISON

Linnea Davison grew up as a child of three worlds. With a Swedish/French mother and an American father, Linnea's childhood was incredibly diverse in culture, language, and country. She grew up for most of her childhood in Sweden, and moved back to the U.S during high school.

Since then she has led youth ministry while in college, written a book of poetry, and always developed and fostered her love for recreational dancing! Above all, she loves Jesus, and always seeks to share His light through everything she says and does.
